Joe Chen (Chun-Hsiang Chen) is a Berlin-based music producer, composer, and songwriter specializing in production music and advertising.

He composes for leading libraries including Warner Production Music, creating versatile, sync-ready tracks across genres such as pop, dramedy, hip-hop, funk, rock, electronic, and modern cinematic scoring.

His advertising work includes campaigns for global brands such as BMW, L’Oréal, Sony, and Adidas, with a strong focus on emotionally driven, visually aligned music.

Joe also works in the Asian pop market, with credits for artists including Whee In (MAMAMOO), Hwang Min Hyun, VIVIZ, UNIS, NOWZ, and WEi.​ Previously, he was a producer and A&R at Rock Records Taiwan, contributing to Shi Shi’s award-winning album SHI’s Journey (Golden Melody Awards – Best Mandarin Album).
